The Nephro-x is a Real time automated urine volume and specific gravity analyzer. Nephro-x eliminates manual process of measuring and milking the catheter tube in the critical care unit to reduce the time and effort of the Nurse, to avoid parallax error and and increase the accuracy of the measurement to determine the renal injury stage. Early diagnosis of the stage can reduce the severity of the kidney injury

Interface

The Nephro-x interface provides real-time urine volume and specific gravity data, displayed as a graph with current and average readings. Users can toggle between minute-by-minute or hourly outputs. Setup begins by entering the patient’s name, ID, age, weight, and height, ensuring accurate and personalized monitoring.
